Parking Pass Request Form

The church parking lot is reserved for first-time visitors, senior drivers (65+) and those with special needs.
Please complete the following form to request or renew a yearly parking pass.
If you are a first time visitor or if you are a SPARC pass holder, you do not need a parking pass.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, your account will be updated or established in the database. A parking pass will be issued to the applicant at the Resource Center and will expire on August 31, 2025. Part C: Conditions of Willingdon Parking Permit Holders

- Only one permit per household
- Applicant must be a minimum of 65 years of age to qualify for senior pass (must show ID)
- Preference will be given to seniors with mobility difficulties who cannot walk from BCIT
- Permits will take a minimum of two (2) weeks to process
- Permits MUST be displayed on your dashboard when parking on the premises
- Permits are NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
